It's crazy how these scam calls just keep coming from different numbers. You block one, and they just switch to another straight away. Honestly, how on earth is this even allowed by law? I encountered a rather noisy call centre, presumably from India. The lady opened with a spiel about some documents purportedly being dispatched to my address, which she did confirm accurately, and then proceeded to grill me about my mortgage providers, any loans I might have, my email address, and even my maiden surname! I found it quite amusing, so I opted to throw in a random house number just to keep her on her toes. Eventually, she mentioned needing to consult a manager, and at that juncture, I decided to end the conversation, feeling quite pleased to have effectively squandered their time and money for a good seven minutes!

Got a call from a super noisy call centre in India. The lady kicked off by mentioning some paperwork supposedly arriving by mail, asking if the address was mine, which it was. Then she started grilling me about who my mortgage provider was, whether I had any loans, and even asked for my email address. I just ended up blocking the number.
