This number has become an absolute nuisance, bombarding me with 2 to 6 calls every single day. There was one time I picked up, thinking it was related to my brother who had just been discharged from hospital and had an Arkansas number. You know how it is; I was inundated with calls regarding his care and therapy, so I answered. To my surprise, they claimed I had reached out to them about some windows from Anderson Windows! I told them categorically that I hadn’t. The crazy part? They insisted I was registered at my brother's address in Arkansas! When I reiterated that I never contacted them, they stubbornly claimed I’d emailed them. It was absurd! I mentioned the possibility of spoofing and asked if they were aware of it, but the chap on the line just wouldn’t listen. Eventually, I had to hang up on him. Ever since that incident, they’ve ramped up their calls to a staggering twelve times a day. In desperation, I rang the company directly but they showed no inclination to cease these annoying calls. They kept probing for my phone number, which I refused to disclose! I reminded them that I’m on the do-not-call registry and that their practices are illegal. Nevertheless, the company remained uncooperative. For weeks in April, I went through the rigmarole of erasing their voicemails, but I realised, if I lodged a complaint, I wouldn’t have any evidence as the calls kept flooding in. One voicemail featured a woman practically pressuring me into buying their windows! Whatever I do, they continue to ring, and even if some numbers are hidden, I can tell it’s them due to the voicemails left. I’m at my wits’ end and I really ought to take action against them.
