The guy, Michael, had an Asian accent and his English was pretty bad. He kept telling me he was legit but then started cursing at me after just a couple minutes. Definitely not what you’d expect from a proper professional at a real company, even if I was being a bit tricky.

A woman spoke English but struggled loads, then passed the phone to her boss, who sounded foreign too. I chatted with him in Welsh, chucking in some proper rude English words, and after a bit he just gave up. I reckon it’s a total scam, but next time they call, I’m gonna make sure they rack up a phone bill way bigger than they wanted!

Said he wanted to go over my life insurance and asked about my "Investments". Shoulda just cut the call off then and there. It’s the third time they’ve called me, twice on my mobile and once on my landline, all from different phone numbers - and all marked as 'dangerous' on this site. Don’t bother chatting to them, just hang up and block the number but be prepared, they’ll probably ring again from another one.

Got a call about a life insurance policy I supposedly had, and they even used my full name. I've just started a new policy and was waiting for a call, so thought maybe it was legit. The bloke had a really thick accent and I struggled to understand him. When I asked if they could ring back later as I was at work, he goes, "my shift ends in 15 mins, if you don’t speak now, I can’t activate your cover." That’s when I knew it was dodgy. It’s awful because others might get tricked if they’re in a similar spot. BLOCKED.

Got a call about an insurance plan from Legal and General, saying it ends at 75 and I ought to extend it to 90. I had one with them but cancelled it a year ago. Then he asked what policy I currently hold. I told him I wasn’t comfortable talking as I don’t know who he was. He just cut the call suddenly. Male voice, seemed Asian. Feels like a scam.

A lady called me from this number about my Insurance Policy and knew my full name, then asked how old I am. I told her if she really represented the insurance firm where I have a policy, she’d already know my age. She went quiet after that, but when I said I’d hang up, she got really shouty. I told her I wasn’t going to continue and just ended the call. Proper harrassment!!!!!!!

Got a call today about life insurance, told them I wasn’t interested and they said they’d take my number off their list. Of course, a few hours later another call from a very similar number. When I answered, I told them they had the wrong person and number, and they just hung up straight away. Fingers crossed that’s the end of it now.
