I’ve recently found myself tangled up in an affair concerning mis-sold solar panels, and whether I might be entitled to a refund for such a misrepresentation! I had a rather quaint conversation with someone who identified as AFK, who claimed to have sourced my details from Options.UK-a name that raises my suspicions! I had to clarify to them that I’m not the proud owner of any solar panels, thank you very much!

Absolutely relentless! They were searching for my husband but had the name wrong. When I clarified, they insisted it was a mistake on their end. I informed them they were mistaking me for someone else entirely, yet they remained stubborn, refusing to accept it. So, I eventually hung up the phone!

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the solar panel firm. As soon as I mentioned I wasn't keen on their offer, they just cut the call. What a lack of professionalism!
