Got a call from this number claiming I’d get some compensation for an all-inclusive holiday. They asked for my NI number and the ATOL booking reference. Now I’m just waiting to see if the email they promised actually comes through.

Somebody rang me saying they were from Capital Holiday Group and said they work with ATOL. They mentioned a holiday I went on last year where apparently someone got food poisoning, and said I could get compensation. They asked for my National Insurance number, saying it's to check if I've already claimed for that holiday. They kept going on about a no win no fee thing, but I'm a bit worried because why would they really need my NI number? Seems a bit fishy to me.
