I've just reached out to Cheshire Constabulary regarding persistent calls from the number 01617897259. I've made it quite clear over the phone that if they attempt to contact me again, I'll be lodging a formal complaint. This number keeps popping up in my mobile contacts as a nuisance. I've repeatedly informed them that these calls are nothing but scam attempts. In fact, my recent message was rather straightforward: if they ring me once more, I know exactly where to find their office, and I'm familiar with the scammer's tricks who deceives callers into thinking there's a legitimate job offer. I fell into that trap about four years back, so I've warned them that if this continues, they'll be hearing from me officially. Here’s what went down: I was out on a Friday, grabbed 3 grams of coke, it was wicked. Then I got another 3 and then 3 more from someone else. That rude git said “f*** you” and just hung up. Why do telcos not look into and shut down these sorts of numbers? So many real ppl have complained about these calls. I've been plagued by calls from this number, and every time I pick up and greet them, they simply disconnect. Perhaps I came off a tad too confrontational for their liking. I completely concur with the thoughts shared here. I've taken to saving these numbers in my phone as well. Previously, I’ve labelled a few as “Utter Nonsense” and “Hazardous”, but this particular one received another moniker of “Utter Nonsense” since I like to vary the names each time I add a new one. That way, when these calls ring through, I can quickly identify and dismiss them without hesitation. It certainly spares one from the annoyance of engaging later on!

I've had quite a few phone calls lately and have decided to engage with a couple of them. A chap on the line claimed to represent 'Credit Solutions', asserting that they could help wipe out unsecured debts through some government initiative. However, here’s the kicker-I don’t possess debts that meet the government’s criteria, and any cards I do hold are always settled punctually! I’m also free of loans. Despite this, he insisted that my name and number were somehow passed to them, though he was a bit vague about the source and cast doubt on whether they could scrub my details from their records. there's no chance you can get yourself taken off a scam callers list. honestly, be super cautious - that’s not how they operate at all. you’ll get caught out if you don’t stay alert when picking up dodgy calls or joining stuff online without doing your homework. some of the more advanced antivirus programs will warn you before you visit a risky site. your phone company might have a way to block unwanted calls too. always report scam callers to ‘<a href="https:/www.actionfraud police uk/report-phishin ‘action fraud</a>".

I've been plagued with numerous calls from this number, and the latest one was nothing short of appalling. The caller, who oddly identified himself as Derek from credit solutions, began by hurling insults at me, starting with "bitch" after I mentioned it was the third call I'd received in just two days. When I informed him I would be reporting the incident, he escalated by shouting, "you’re a bloody whore!" I had the phone on loudspeaker, and my granddaughter was right there with me, which made it all the more shocking. It's absolutely unacceptable for anyone to endure such vile treatment over the phone. This happened at 6pm this evening (16th July 2019), and I’m utterly appalled by it.
