got a call from trusted advisory group, saying i’m owed ppi on a loan ive never taken out. asked them where they got my info from, but they just dodged the question citing data protection rules. nonsense if you ask me! the data protection act clearly means they have to tell me what info they hold and who gave it to them. seems like total rubbish to hide behind that.
