They’ve been ringing me loads since I made a car insurance claim and somehow got hold of my number. At first they sounded legit but now when I call back I either don’t pick up or ask who exactly I’m speaking to. Last time they claimed to be from First Assist. I looked it up and found out First Assist Insurance Services was bought out in Sept 2013 and rebranded as Cigna Insurance Services. That company is aware folks are still getting cold calls using their old name and advise signing up with the TPS and stuff. Been dealing with these calls for around half a year now.
