I just picked up a call from someone claiming to be Paragon or something like that? They said I’m on their list for owing PPI money and wanted to post me some paperwork to fill out and send back. I told them I’m not interested since I’ve already checked if I was owed anything. The woman sounded a bit irritated when I refused to get the forms, so I ended the call. Planning to block that number now.

I seem to be inundated with a barrage of phone calls nearly every single day, even while I'm laid up in hospital. I've made numerous attempts to convey that I'm unwell and have disabilities, yet despite blocking the numbers, they persist, always emerging from new digits. It's as if they’re using some sort of automated system to keep dialling me. A good number of these calls appear to originate from abroad, predominantly from India.
