Just like others have mentioned, the caller claimed she was from Windows & Doors Ltd and told me I was on some Government Renewable Energy list because I have an older house that might qualify for new windows. When I told her I’m on the TPS register, she went quiet and quickly hung up. Of course, I’m gonna report this to TPS as usual.

I already mentioned this before... The calls seem to be coming from Telepro Marketing! Makes me think of those weird ads for handyman services or "giffgaff" style deals promising no job is too small, but honestly not sure if they’re just annoying or actually harmful. You can make up your own mind if it feels like harassment or just a nuisance.

I received a rather dodgy call from some chaps who had the audacity to inquire whether I was the owner of my property. They hadn’t a clue about my name or address, yet insisted they had tradesmen 'working nearby' who were installing windows. They claimed to have sourced my number from some supposed 'Renewable Energy Website' that lists residences with subpar windows. Honestly, it was nothing short of nonsense. I've gone ahead and blocked the number - won't be falling for that trick!

Since this seemed like a local call, I muted it and tried calling back, and what do you know? I got a message saying ‘This number isn’t compatible with this line’. Definitely marking this one as suspicious and risky.

Got a call from some AI robocaller pretending to be a window and patio door installer. The voice was a British female, sounded really robotic. Quite annoying to get those automated calls!

I've received a staggering 15 calls in a single day... Some of the callers were civil, while others were downright unpleasant. I’ve had a claim that wasn't my fault, and they clearly had access to the details since everything’s listed on the 'Cue' insurance portal. When I mentioned to one of them just how many times my phone had rung, the subsequent caller introduced themselves as a manager, offering an apology for the incessant calling. Strangely enough, they proceeded to inform me that there was a £2000 cheque waiting for me. However, when I expressed my desire to reach out to my insurance company, he unleashed a string of profanities and abruptly cut the line. What’s more, they even suggested I fabricate an injury, claiming I’d been suffering from pain for a good 16 weeks, despite the fact my accident only took place a month ago! These blokes are utterly relentless and completely clueless. I strongly advise against getting involved with their dubious schemes!

this company just won’t leave me alone, no matter how many numbers I block, they keep ringing me from another one. I looked up the name they mentioned in their recorded message and decided to call them back. turns out, the callers aren’t actually from First Response Finance. these lot are scammers, attempting to fish for details about car crashes. best just to bin the calls and block them straight away.

Got a call earlier today from someone saying they were with First Response about a car crash I supposedly had. I knew straight away it was dodgy since I’ve never been in any accident. I told the bloke I couldn’t really talk because, sadly, I’d died in that crash. He ended the call right away. Clearly doesn’t appreciate a bit of banter. Number’s blocked now!
