Got a call from an Asian guy who didn’t seem too fluent in English. He started asking if that was me and mentioned a name. Didn't reply to him though. Then he asked if I owned the house and brought up the bank. After I said thanks, he just hung up abruptly. This same number called me yesterday but I didn’t pick up then.

I got a call from an Asian woman who kept asking if I was alright, then started on about mortgages, pensions and lowering my interest rates or something like that. Her English wasn’t very good at all. I just ended the call. Later, the number rang me a couple more times but I didn’t answer.

The guy couldn’t really speak English well, introduced himself as John and was trying to pitch some investment deal. I said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Barely 10 seconds later, the same number called again, but this time he said his name was Liam! I was having none of it and told him to “take a hike and multiply,” then blocked the number straight away.
