I've been approached by someone demanding £150 to supposedly secure a loan. When I firmly declined, he became quite irate, threatening to storm into my bank and withdraw the money if I didn't pay up by 3 o'clock today. His behaviour turned quite aggressive, and it left me feeling really uneasy.

I received a message claiming that I was awarded £1000 from an online application linked to my partner's postcode. I informed them that I hadn't made any such application. When they offered me £500 instead, I was livid!

I've had an incessant barrage of calls today-around 20, if I’m counting right! I opted to ignore them all until curiosity got the better of me and I finally picked up. On the other end was a rather boisterous chap, who sounded like he was from Asia, with a cacophony of background noise that nearly drowned him out. He introduced himself as Peter and claimed to be calling from a loan firm called Stand Alone. When I quizzed him on how he managed to acquire my details, he insisted they were a legitimate outfit and encouraged me to peruse their website. I informed him that I was currently on the line, hoping to glean more information, but he abruptly ended the call. Quite the experience, really!
