8 yearsI received a call from someone claiming it was in regard to a funeral plan, which supposedly stemmed from a call I hadn’t made. I firmly informed them that I hadn’t initiated any calls. The person on the other end insisted they had a record of my call. Upon my insistence that this was not true, their tone shifted to a rather aggressive one, which left me feeling quite uneasy. To add insult to injury, the woman had the gall to say she would end the conversation because of my 'attitude'! When I attempted to ring them back, the number turned out to be unrecognised.
