Got a call where they said I was due a refund, but then just went through some pre-written script for ages. They actually had both my full name and where I live.

they started off real quick claiming they’re from a company called bf and said they needed my dob and address right away to check how fast they could pay me back some money supposedly owed from an old credit deal. dont give them any personal details, they use this trick to try and get your bank info. I never had any credit cards, catalogues or similar, so it’s not true at all. Just be careful, they’re just trying to scam you.

Been getting calls from the same robot number all day. Every time I pick up, it just cuts off straight away. Feels like they’re trying to confirm my number’s active, so I’m guessing the barrage of calls won’t stop anytime soon.
