I received a rather surprising call, apparently from Citizens Advice. Quite unexpected, to say the least! The caller was in a rather bustling environment-definitely didn’t sound like they were adhering to social distancing rules! As she began to chat about my alleged debts, I enquired for more details. To my utter disbelief, they just cut me off! How rude!

I received a call from some folks claiming they had accessed my details from the debt register, insisting they were there to assist individuals in becoming debt-free through a government initiative. However, when I mentioned that I only had a single debt, he abruptly said goodbye and hung up on me. Quite rude, if you ask me!
