Got a call from some credit firm claiming I had a refund waiting. Told them they must have got it wrong, but they insisted otherwise. I'd say ring them up and show them what it’s like on the receiving end. Also, it’s worth reporting their dodgy business practices to the Financial Conduct Authority.

This woman said she was calling from Reliance Advisory - when I asked her purpose she just hung up. Probably she didn’t want to admit she works for a PPI claims company, cold calling to check if I got a packaged bank account. I thought cold calling was banned now.
