They’re basically ripping people off by pretending to be a proper charity and encouraging callers to deceive their creditors to get an IVA approved. The people on the line use fake names like Harry Munroz, Frank Maccalan, and Peter Munreo. Would advise anyone to block the number and report it to Action Fraud immediately.
