Got a call from someone claiming to be with AO, asking for a bloke who doesn't live here anymore. One of the guys they mentioned has sadly passed away, and the other is a grown lad who's been off on his own for about a decade. Sometimes we still get packages for him since his job keeps him away a lot, but we’re usually about. They rang me on my mobile and then my home phone right after each other. From what I read in the other reviews, it’s AO. I’ve got a current order with them, but since they didn’t leave a voicemail, it wasn’t anything urgent, likely just pushing some insurance I’m not interested in.

Got a call from AO to check on my delivery date and also try to pitch insurance. I’d made a mistake picking the wrong Friday, so he just sort of switched it to the right one for me. Ever since I switched to a Vodafone home phone, I've been inundated with calls from this number. They always leave a voicemail stating an account number, purporting to be from UPS Ltd. However, the reference numbers they provide don’t align with anything from the actual UPS. They demand that I pay up £28.99, insisting that I clear this alleged account.
