I received a call on my home phone from this number, and they seemed to know my first name in connection with a Vauxhall Saphira I supposedly showed interest in. Truth be told, I hadn't even looked at one! I attempted to return the call using my mobile, but the line was dead. Am I in the wrong here?

They rang me twice in a row but I didn’t pick up either time, and they didn’t bother to leave any voicemail.

I rang the number back and saw it was from Manchester, but it showed as international. Felt a bit dodgy, especially when they suddenly hung up on me. Seems like a scam to me.
