I rang them but when someone picked up, there was silence on the other end.

Got a call that sounded totally like one of those call centre jobs. The bloke said he was Bala, somewhere near Chester. He then asked my name out of the blue. I asked him why he was ringing from Manchester, and it felt fishy straight away. It's clearly some sort of scam. Best not to pick up if you don’t know the number, but if you do, just tell them off and to leave people alone. This isn’t a legit thing, just a scam trying to waste your time.
