I rang them but when someone picked up, there was silence on the other end.

Felt like I was speaking to a call centre, I did. The number is from Bala, close to Chester. The bloke on the line had the audacity to ask my name! I questioned him back, wondering why on earth he was ringing from Manchester. Clearly a dodgy operation. Best to ignore it, but if you happen to engage, I'd suggest telling them to shove off and quit pestering folks. This is no legitimate business; it's nothing more than a scam!
