around 10 in the morning on saturday, my phone rang from a manchester area code, which i didn’t know and since i’m based up here in northumberland, it seemed a bit fishy. i chose not to pick up and looked it up on this site before it tried calling me again. this happens to be the second manchester number i’ve had to block just this week, both flagged as risky on here - probably the same bunch of scammers. honestly, this site is a great help.

Got a strange call from someone saying the government wanted to check if there was mould in my house because of covid. I told them I wasn't really comfy with the call since there are loads of scams these days.
