I've had a flurry of calls from this number, and each time I answered, it was just silence on the line. Quite unsettling, to say the least! Eventually, I managed to get through to someone who claimed to be representing the Claims Advisory Group out of Manchester. I expressed how disconcerting it felt to hear nothing when I picked up the phone. His reply? Apparently, that’s just their method of operation - how bizarre! I've since decided to block this number completely, and I’d strongly recommend you do the same!
