First got a call from one number, some bloke telling me about a scheme to replace my windows, claiming it was backed by the government to improve insulation on doors and windows. Since then, my phone won’t stop buzzing, sometimes ringing a dozen times daily. They never bother leaving a message though. I only return calls if a message’s left, so now I’ve had to chuck their numbers on the blacklist.

This number keeps ringing and then abruptly disconnects.

they keep ringing and theres never anyone when I pick up. today I finally answered and some woman started going on about replacement windows. I just told her to send the info over in writing and that was that. not long after, her mate phoned me too. this has been happening non stop from morning till night, really frustrating.

i got a call from this guy called gary who says hes from ideal home solutions, trying to talk me into finance for new double glazing, said it might be partly paid for by a government grant. i asked him for their website but he told me its still being built. ive been registered with tps but still keep getting loads of calls from them over the past half year. they’re quite persistent and annoying really.

The number belongs to St. Helens Glass and honestly, I’d steer well clear of them. They won’t accept a simple no and are really unpleasant, constantly chatting back. I’ve been getting calls nonstop for more than half a year now, reported them to Ofcom and I’m signed up with TPS as well. If this doesn’t stop soon, I’m seriously thinking about taking legal action!

when i answered the call, i just stayed quiet. a bloke started ranting and swearing at someone from his work about how rubbish his day was going, then it dawned on him that i was actually on the line. i ended the call. they tried ringing a couple more times, but i didn’t pick up and they eventually stopped.

I've received calls from this number a couple of times already. Each time, I told whoever it was that I'm not interested in new windows or glazing. They just don't seem to take the hint and keep ringing me. I've stopped picking up now and I'm thinking of blocking them since it's just a big waste of my time.

Got a call from someone claiming to be a double glazing guy with UK Home Solutions, wanting to fix up an appointment about swapping out old windows through some national scrappage deal. We arranged to meet up tomorrow, but after having a look on Companies House, did a bit of googling, and checked this number on here, it’s starting to feel a bit dodgy. Definitely got me a bit concerned now.

I've recently discovered that this number is currently being utilized by a marketing firm geared towards scheduling site visits for solar energy solutions, namely Staybrite Solar. It’s worth noting that Staybrite is essentially the trading identity for Home Install Ltd., which falls under the umbrella of the entu group. This entity encompasses various names such as Zenith Windows alongside an array of other companies involved in this rather dubious form of telephone 'marketing' - or should I label it harassment instead? As it stands, I've endured a staggering 154 phone calls from the different marketing branches of entu, with names like 'Energy UK', 'Green Saving Centre', 'Green Energy Deal', 'Greener Future', 'Energy Care Centre', and a host of others. My attempts to halt these incessant calls have proven utterly futile despite my efforts: I’ve pressed 'option 8' on their automated line to remove my details, spoken directly to their agents to request my number be taken off their list, and even accepted calls from supposed 'supervisors' to repeat this request. Astonishingly, I’ve even had three genuine site surveyors ring me up to discuss the same issue! I’ve tried every approach imaginable-from polite requests to outright swearing and threatening, not to mention highlighting the fact that their activities are patently illegal as my number is registered with TPS. Their practices also seem to boldly disregard the RECC guidelines. I've even attempted to reach out to their marketing managers and escalated the matter all the way to Peter Done, the National Sales Director-yet still, no progress whatsoever. This feels entirely like telephone harassment at its most extreme. In the last ten days alone, I’ve had 14 calls from this lot, which is simply intolerable. In response, I’m currently drafting a ‘cease and desist’ letter addressed to the managing director of entu. One can only hope this will elicit a response!

Got a call from some telep### who reckons the TPS doesn’t actually block their annoying calls. Pretty frustrating!

Weird call, seemed fishy, he hung up before we even got to ask any questions - feels like they just want to check if the number works and if a certain person lives there. I’ve started telling my relatives to grill anyone who calls, but some reckon it’s way too rude. Tried calling back but didn’t get an answer. Any ideas on how to block this number??222?

Received an annoying call from this number despite being on the Telephone Preference Service list. However, to support our complaint, we really need the name associated with the number.
