3 yearsI got a call from this firm about some old pension I supposedly had and a claim linked to it. I told them nicely that this was actually the third time I’d been called about the same pension issue, which had already been sorted, and asked if they could take me off their list. The person on the other end got quite defensive, outright denying they’d called before, then abruptly said they were ‘fed up with this’ and hung up on me, insisting they’d never contact me again. Properly rude!3 yearsGot a ring from some bloke saying he was from a pension company. Smells like a scam to me.3 yearsGot a call from some scammers claiming I owed over £6,000 in rent - which is daft since we own the house. Then they switched to saying it was the mortgage I’d missed. After that, they got really nasty, swearing and threatening that bailiffs would be at my door in half an hour. I just hung up. Moments later, they rang back from a hidden number, pretending to be a pension company. They just ended up laughing and shouting swear words through the phone. Proper dodgy lot.3 yearsUtterly fraudulent! They insisted we had a debt exceeding £6,000 in rent, despite the fact that we own our property outright. Then they switched their story to talk about the mortgage, and the language they used was downright offensive, claiming that bailiffs would be knocking on our door in half an hour. I promptly rang them back from a withheld number, and they had the audacity to inquire whether we’d transferred our pension. To top it all off, they began cackling and hurling insults at us. What a disgraceful scenario!Submit Your Own Report (0161 660 6289)
