The message said there were two unusual transactions, one under £1000 and another over that, to companies I don’t normally pay - one of which was Amazon. They told me to press ONE to stop the payment or TWO to talk to someone about it. I looked at my bank account, and nothing like that had happened or was waiting to be processed.
