They’ve rung me up three times over the past few days now, and honestly, I wish they’d get the message and stop bothering me. If I don’t know the number, I don’t answer - living in London, this one’s definitely unfamiliar. Honestly, they’re just wasting their effort. If you want me to call back, leave a message explaining what it's about, otherwise, don’t expect a reply. No message means no return call. Ring me again without leaving a message and you’ll be blocked straight away.

I received a call that I couldn't pick up, but when I tried to call the number back, it wouldn't connect.

I got a call about a PPI claim and they wanted to speak to Mr Johnston. I told them straight away that I wasn’t him, but they just ignored me and went on about the claim. I kept telling them, "I’m not Mr Johnston, how many times do I need to say it?" but they just wouldn’t listen. Then the bloke got proper nasty and started swearing at me, calling me all sorts of names and even insulting my mum. It was pretty shocking.
