They claimed to be from TalkTalk, but I’m not entirely sold on that idea. They were rather pushy about confirming my name, address, and so forth while boasting about a loyalty discount for their current clients. What's more, they seemed to recognise an email address of mine, although it wasn’t the main one associated with our account, which raised yet another eyebrow over their authenticity.

I've received three calls today and it's honestly infuriating. I've told them to drop me an email regarding the supposed sale they're promoting. Yet, they keep trying to engage with me about their business. These blokes are not affiliated with Speak Speak Group at all; they're just exploiting the company’s name to push their agenda. We're definitely going to file a complaint about these persistent calls.

I received a call on Wednesday, 11th May 2011 at precisely 12:23 from yet another number associated with Speak Speak. After dialling the number back, an automated message played from a woman’s voice that sounded eerily similar to previous calls, stating, “You were contacted earlier today by Speak Speak, your telephone provider. No need to fret, I’ll give you a ring later.” This situation is quite frustrating, especially since I'm on the Telephone Preference Service and my number is out of circulation. I’m frequently being hounded by these calls. Is there anyone who can offer some assistance?

I’m absolutely appalled that Speak Speak has allowed these con artists to gain access to our personal information - our name, address, telephone number, and even our direct debit banking details. It’s outrageous that this private information has been sold off without our consent, and all thanks to the call centre staff in India. Unbelievable!

Received a silent call from this number, and I've heard from others that it could belong to TalkTalk or one of their representatives. It wouldn't surprise me, as we've been onto their antics for a while now. It seems they're doing everything they can to expand their market presence, often at the detriment of their current clientele, especially those who came on board through Tiscali. Honestly, I'm left providing them with a subpar broadband experience. I’d advise against signing up with these folks, as it’s likely to spiral downhill even further.
