This number just rang me up saying it was a lifestyle survey or something, but turns out it was just another annoying spam call!

So basically, this robot phone calls to see if someone’s actually there. When you pick up, it immediately cuts off. Then, throughout the day, you’ll probably get a real person ringing you trying to push some dodgy product or scam. Best thing to do is just block and ignore them completely.

This company keeps ringing me even though I've told them multiple times that I want my number taken off their list. They’ve harassed me with calls from various numbers like 01617683172, 016106400544, 01414561294, 01414565731, 01414563231 and 07492870823. It’s been non-stop since 11 Nov 2020, usually about three calls every week. Every time they phone, I firmly ask them to stop and I block each new number they try. But still, they carry on calling. Proper annoying!

This number, along with others claiming to be “Beneficial,” keeps ringing my 84-year-old Nan several times daily. It’s been going on for months now, with the calls becoming harassment and sometimes even downright nasty. Thankfully, I live with her and I’m usually the one picking up. I’ve told them countless times that we’re not interested and to stop calling. They start off acting polite, but it’s all an act. Just today, they called again on this number, initially sounding friendly and asking questions. I quickly told them to stop bothering us and hung up. Within a couple of minutes, they were ringing back and spewing awful abuse down the phone, full of swear words and rude sentences, demanding that I listen. I cut the call straight away after telling them exactly what I thought. This keeps happening over and over. It looks like they’re specifically preying on the elderly, which is really upsetting, especially as not everyone has someone like me around to answer and stand up to them. These types of callers are the worst and honestly, deserve to be wiped off the face of the earth. Total scumbags.

They kept calling, even after I told them I wasn't interested. They actually got my name wrong, thought I was a girl, and said I sounded like one. When I explained I live in care and I'm a vulnerable adult, I asked them to remove my number from their list, but they wouldn’t stop. I kept telling them firmly to leave me alone, but then they started shouting at me, saying I wasn’t paying attention. They even threatened to ring back, which I really don’t want. So in the end, I just blocked the number.
