About 17 times each week I get calls from Beneficial using different phone numbers. I’ve blocked them all, but they still keep coming through. When I ask them to remove me from their list, they just get aggressive. I don’t even answer their questions, but they end up shouting, swearing, and making awful noises down the line. If I tell them I’m not interested or remind them they legally have to take me off their system when I ask, they just carry on with the same rubbish about “updating their systems” and needing me to answer their questions again. If anyone’s found a way to put an end to this, please share!

Got a call saying it was HMRC about some tax fraud and to press 1 for details. Sounds dodgy to me! HMRC usually sends a letter or gets in touch with your accountant, wouldnt ring like this. Just hang up and block the number, it’s a scam for sure!
