I already left a comment here about this number on 3rd May, sharing how annoyed I am with these scam folk and how I usually deal with their constant calls.

I got a call out of the blue about solar panels. When I asked them how they got my number, they just said "it's on file". I told them that was my personal info and they were using it without asking, which is against the law. They then tried to claim GDPR doesn't cover calls to individuals, only business to business. What a load of rubbish.

It rang out so fast I thought it was a number I’d dialed before, so I just called it back. Someone picked up and started chatting about solar panels, so I ended the call pretty quickly.

Got a call on my phone earlier. Automated voice claiming I could cut energy costs by 'up to £800' if I press 1 for details. Yeah, right! Bet it's some expensive premium number. Total rubbish.

Another 0161 number just rang but no message left. I block one number and then a slightly different one (just a digit or two changed at the end) rings straight after. Caller preference? Doesn’t seem to work at all.

no idea who was callin me - kept gettin blocked numbers but when i rang back the guy knew my name and said something like hey is this [then my name]. i woz shocked coz i dont usually use my full name so i just ended the call straight away!
