I recently picked up a call from this number. To be honest, I could barely make out what the woman was saying due to all the racket in the background. However, I did catch her mentioning something about a refund and inquiring if I had any outstanding loans or credit cards. She even asked if I was over 18. When I responded 'no' to the credit card question, she abruptly said that was it and hung up. Do you think this might be some sort of scam?
