At about half past two on a weekday, this number rang me up. The bloke said he was with some sort of claims firm and could assist me in getting a refund. Then he started asking about how many loans I'd got in the past 12 years. I told him I wasn’t about to share that info and mentioned it was a bad time to chat since he didn’t even check first. Best not to pick up if it rings.
