I keep receiving calls from a bloke named "Dan" who insists on speaking with the president - clearly, he's found the number on some online directory. When I inform him that he can’t speak to anyone, he becomes quite aggressive and disrespectful, even when I assure him that I can have the owner return his call. It’s as if these persistent individuals think they can just ring up daily without a second thought!
