Received a call today from a lady named Andrew at CVS. To my surprise, she brought up my local council specifically and insisted she needed to have a word with the finance director, claiming it was quite urgent. Honestly, Andrew's attitude was rather irksome, and the moment we mentioned that our director prefers to have her calls filtered, she abruptly hung up the phone. It was rather off-putting, to say the least, especially since we were simply requesting more details about the purpose of her call before we could consider transferring it.

This was incredibly discourteous behaviour. We’re keen to raise our concerns with her manager regarding this lack of professionalism.
