I had a call from someone identifying himself as 'Mr Fraser'. He was quite dodgy when I probed about the purpose of his call, merely stating that he 'wants to close a file'. It was rather frustrating, as he skirted around my questions without giving a straight answer. In addition, there was a noticeable din of a call centre buzzing away in the background, which only added to my suspicion. Honestly, I’d advise against wasting any time dealing with these sorts of individuals.

I've been receiving incredibly frustrating calls from PH Group on this number. They keep insisting they've provided services for us, despite the fact that they haven't done any such work! It's absolutely ridiculous!

Today at the office, I received four separate phone calls from someone claiming to know the owner. Initially, we took down their contact details and they mentioned they were a friend's acquaintance visiting Ireland and looking to arrange a meet-up. However, by the fourth call, they confessed it was all a fabrication, and their rudeness escalated, particularly towards a colleague who is also a director here. Their condescending tone was quite unbelievable. I suspect they might be affiliated with PH Media Group, though I can't verify it. If you happen to engage with them, proceed with caution... They were extremely impolite, cutthroat in their approach, and displayed an utter lack of respect and genuine interest in straightforward business dealings. Just my two pence! Hope this message proves useful to others.
