I got a call yesterday from someone asking if I had mould or cracks in my home, and whether I was renting or living through the council. They even mentioned my name! I told them I always sort these things directly with the council. Turns out they were phoning from some call centre, but my council warned me ages ago that this is probably a scam. Just watch out and don’t share any personal info with them.
