Then, they send a text with a link and a code to do the reset. The message actually looks pretty genuine, similar to what you'd get if you requested an account reset yourself. It even has a warning like, "If someone's calling you asking for a code, hang up because they’re NOT O2 staff." So, I did exactly that.
