I got a call from some guy named James claiming he was from National Debt and that I could get 25% of my debts wiped. I told him straight up there’s no debts on my end, and he seemed proper shocked before he just ended the call.

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me from this number, saying I'd won over a grand in PPI refunds. He even mentioned my address and then asked for my age and bank info. I refused to give my bank details, saying I'd rather get a cheque. He insisted he couldn’t send a cheque and pushed for my bank details again. I told him, since he already had my address, a cheque was fine by me. That really seemed to freak him out, and he started threatening to come round and "f**k me." He kept repeating it until I firmly told him to never call me again and then hung up. I’ve blocked the number since.
