Got a call from a bloke with a Brit accent saying he was from the "Housing Repairs Unit." He wanted me to verify some issues supposedly reported about our place. Bit fishy, especially since we’re nowhere near Manchester. When I asked a few questions back, he couldn’t give clear answers. Definitely a scam, so I’ve blocked the number now.
