I got a call once about fixing damp and mould in the house, but as soon as I told them they’d dialled the wrong number, they just put the phone down on me.

Received a call from someone saying they were from the housing repairs, said it was about an issue I had supposedly reported. Definitely a scam, so I just blocked the number.

This bloke called saying he was with some sort of ‘House Repair Team’ but never said exactly which one. He asked if there was any damp, mould, or leaks at the house, then mentioned a problem that wasn’t real - something that supposedly had been reported already. Then without much else, he just said bye and ended the call. Bit odd if you ask me.
