Someone called "Jordan" said he was from UTP/Barclaycard, trying to sell a card processing deal with just 0.5% fees or something. He couldn’t even say the right name he was asking for, which made me suspicious straight away. Definitely felt like a dodgy phone call, so I ended it quick. Wouldn’t recommend answering these at all.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with my card company, but they couldn’t even say the right name. Total scam artists, absolute rubbish.

I've just discovered that the message I received claiming to be from HMRC wasn’t legitimate at all! I reached out to HMRC directly to verify, and they assured me it was a scam. I've taken action by reporting these con artists who were trying to intimidate me with threats of an arrest warrant.

I got a call on the 21st of March, and when I answered I asked if they were trying to scam me once more. They laughed and then just ended the call.
