so irritating - the moment I pick up, the call just cuts off. usually bet that it's some sneaky call centre trying to scam, so I've gone ahead and blocked it.

Just ignore the call, if you pick up, they’ll probably take your info and pass it on to a bunch of marketing firms that’ll be ringing you non-stop.

i keep getting calls from this manchester number today but as soon as it rings twice the person just hangs up, happened more then once now with different numbers starting with this code

I dunno if this was meant as a joke or what, but it wasn’t funny at all. I answered the phone and out of nowhere, the person just started shouting swear words at me before hanging up. Proper weird.

I got a call asking if I was living at my old postcode. The person said they weren’t trying to sell me anything or promote stuff, but then they went on to ask my age group. I answered, but when they kept asking more questions, I said I was busy and ended the call.

I picked up and there was this Asian woman talking about a survey, asking loads of questions but I could barely catch what she was saying. She was asking if I owned the house, what brand my TV was, and the type of dishwasher I had. The odd bit was she already knew my postcode and address, which really made me uneasy.
