Seemed a bit off...they asked for my EE login info and password saying I'd get 25% off if I gave it to them. I just ended the call.

Got a call saying it was from O2, telling me I was overcharged and that they're sorting a refund plus 25% extra as compensation. Feels dodgy, probably a scam trying to phish info.
