They rang me up, insisting they were affiliated with some blockchain operation. They mentioned I had funds in an account that required me to create a wallet of sorts. I played along, stringing them along just enough until the conversation culminated in them telling me to go and engage in some inappropriate activity with my mother! What a way to end a chat, eh?

I've had a similar encounter-picked up the phone only to find it redirected, and there's never a soul on the other end. It reeks of a scam, doesn't it? I wager that if you're the fortunate soul to pick it up first, you might get an earful! This one rang in at 7 o'clock this evening! I've had a couple of these types already, but this is the first one that showed up as a Manchester number. Curious, don’t you think?

I received a call on my mobile and when I picked up, it sounded like I was the one making the call, hearing a continuous ringing on the line. I promptly ended the call while that strange tone was still echoing.

The phone went off, and when I picked it up, it redirected me to what sounded like a call centre with chatter in the background. I decided to terminate the call as it was rather irritating. These sorts of calls are a real nuisance, and honestly, they ought to be prohibited altogether.
