Got a call from some tosser who started shouting at me for not giving my name, birth date and address. He was going on and on, even started singing something about me being ignorant down the line. Proper angry after that.

They keep calling me daily, all unsolicited, but somehow they know my name. Always sound polite, talking about some sort of ‘policy’, but honestly, my patience for these unasked-for calls has run out and I just hang up. I’ve even blocked the number now.

It was insurance for life they were offering. The guy was pretty nice but definitely pushed a bit too much. They had my name, so I guess they got my details from some list, not just random cold calls. Sounded like they were from Manchester. Not impolite or anything, just lads doing their job really.
