She insisted three times that she was indeed from British Gas, only to switch her story to claiming she was representing BG. When I probed further, she eventually admitted she was affiliated with a company named Business Power Solutions. This is nothing short of fraudulent behaviour and a blatant attempt at deception! They are undoubtedly con artists trying to bamboozle unsuspecting individuals! Not going to fall for that trick today!
