Claimed she was ringing from some Outbound Life Insurance Team, wanted to confirm if my life insurance would pay out. She already had my name and birthday, which was a bit worrying. I told her my husband handles all that stuff. When I asked where exactly they were located, she just cut the call. Total scam, don’t share any info with them!

Got a really cheeky caller talking about life insurance. Said he's from some place called "Life Insurance Team". When I asked where they're located, the bloke said he was in my garden!! Definitely sounds dodgy to me. Told him if he was really there I'd ring the police and he just said go ahead and hung up. BEST to BLOCK THIS NUMBER straight away.

I had to firmly request on three separate occasions for my number to be removed from their list. The woman calling kept insisting she couldn't do it. When I asked to talk to her manager, she said everyone was tied up in a meeting. Properly annoying and borderline harassment! I've blocked the number now.

The person sounded either South African or from somewhere in Africa and already had my name plus my mobile number. I told them I wasn’t interested and decided not to continue the conversation since I didn’t recognise the caller. Won’t be picking up if they call from that number again.

Got a call about life insurance, they said they needed to verify some info and mentioned something about the government reviewing data to make sure it’s accurate.
