Received a call earlier today where the caller mentioned having some good news to share. They proceeded to rattle off my name, age, and address, which left me feeling quite uneasy, so I decided to hang up on them.

It was rather unsettling, as they seemed to have my personal details like my name and address, and then they asked to verify my age. What on earth could that be about?

A chap claimed to be phoning from M&S, and then proceeded to inquire about my age. Presumably, he wants to send me a festive gift, right? I don't think so! It's a blatant scam, just the typical rubbish we often encounter.

I had no idea who was ringing, so I decided to let it go to voicemail. Once it reached the answering machine, they just disconnected the call. I’m absolutely fed up with these types of calls popping up all the time!
