I've gotten calls a couple of times from 0161 531 6760, and each time they said they were from TalkTalk, Sky, or O2. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be EE but I reckon they were from India. They promised me cheaper bills than what I’m paying now, but I’m sure it was just a trick to steal my bank info. Definitely dodgy.

Got a ring from this number the other day, with someone asking for a code from o2 and even my password - total scam right there. They claimed o2 was sending out upgraded SIM cards because people are having trouble with the new tech and poor signal. I’ve let o2 know about it just in case. Best thing to do is hang up straight away, or if you fancy, feed them some fake codes and passwords to mess with them for a bit. Might be worth your time if you’re free!

Got a call claiming to be from EE, which is my actual phone company. The woman on the line wanted to know my bill amount from last month, but I told her I wasn’t going to share that info unless she proved she was legit. Right after that, she just cut the call. Pretty sure it was a scam.
