Turns out, both are dodgy scammers pretending to be from O2. I genuinely don’t understand why these scammers keep getting away with it. He even warned me not to share any codes with anyone! That was my cue to terminate the call. Strangely, they proceeded to ring me back three times, each time from a different number.
