Turns out, both are dodgy scammers pretending to be from O2. I genuinely don’t understand why these scammers keep getting away with it. Just got a call from an "Unknown Caller" and chose not to pick up. Did a quick search online for the number, and unsurprisingly, it turned out to be one of those dodgy ones. Got a call that turned out to be a spoofed VOIP number, with some scammer pretending to be from 3. Honestly, they were a bit more courteous than the usual lot, who often jump straight to calling me names like mofo as soon as you show any doubt about their authenticity.
